You should note that Ospreys Supporters Club (OSC) may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Ospreys Supporters Club (OSC) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling an order
Clothing & Badges If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your entire order within 14 days following the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in writing by using the Contact Us Form The goods should be returned to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you exercise your right to cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If you exercise your right to cancel and return the goods to us within 14 days from the date on which you exercise your right to cancel, we will reimburse you the cost of the goods without undue delay and in any event, no later than 14 days after we receive the goods We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Coach Tickets Events can occur which cause us to have to cancel the booking. In case of any unlikely event occurring we will issue you with a full refund.
Cancellation by customer Tickets are non-refundable, We will attempt to resell your tickets and if successful we will issue you with a refund minus any administration fees.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Ospreys Supporters Club (OSC) assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control: Customer collection is available at The Riverside Bar on Match day
Returns Policy
Ospreys Supporters Club (OSC) accepts returns within 14 days if products (Badges and Clothing) are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. A refund will be processed Products (Badges and Clothing) need to be returned in original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. No products may be returned to Ospreys Supporters Club (OSC) without the prior consent of Ospreys Supporters Club (OSC) and are subject to a return charge.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.

Coach Travel
Whilst OSC makes every effort to provide on time service it does not guarantee its departure or arrival times, which may be delayed by any number of factors, including weather. Traffic or road conditions. Mechanical problems or any other cause or condition beyond OSC’s control
OSC reserves the right to cancel or change any trip, advertised schedule or route without notice .
OSC will however work to provide adequate notice of any cancelled trip with full refunds issued
Any person under the age of 15 must be accompanied by someone at least 16 years of age or older at all times
The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the coach
OSC reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person without refund whose conduct is disorderly, who use vulgar or abusive language or fails to comply with the rules, terms and conditions applicable to passengers on the tour
